A concise explanation of what Mavraa collects, why it is needed and how you can ask for deletion.

Effective 27 July 2026. Mavraa collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, operate the Pull, Not Push newsletter, build anonymous Brand Pull cohorts and understand whether the website is useful.

What is collected

  • Contact and brand information you intentionally submit.
  • Newsletter consent, source and confirmation status.
  • Cookie-free interaction events such as page views, diagnostic completion and CTA clicks.
  • A first-party A/B assignment stored in your browser so you see a consistent version while a single website experiment is active. It contains only an experiment ID and variant—not personal information.
  • For submitted enquiries, a private lifecycle record containing brand, stage, source, experiment variant, qualification status, booking status and any revenue Aniruddha manually confirms. Email is stored in the CRM; the analytics lookup uses a one-way email hash.
  • If you explicitly opt in after the diagnostic: category, business stage, total and dimension scores, weakest dimension, score band and calendar quarter.

The Brand Pull Benchmark

Benchmark contributions are stored only as aggregate counters. No name, email, company name or raw IP address is attached to a score. IP addresses are irreversibly hashed only for short-lived abuse prevention. A random browser token is one-way hashed and stored separately from score counters solely to prevent repeat submissions within a quarter.

10-response threshold

A category-and-stage cohort remains hidden until it has at least ten eligible responses.

No individual drill-down

The public API returns grouped averages and distributions only—never a respondent-level record.

Directional evidence

The diagnostic is a founder self-assessment, not audited performance or a promise of commercial results.

What is not collected

Mavraa does not sell personal data, use advertising cookies or store individual diagnostic answers as personal profiles. Do Not Track is respected by the first-party analytics layer.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to a requested conversation, deliver subscribed editorial email, improve the site, understand aggregate conversion paths, connect confirmed Cal.com booking outcomes, evaluate one controlled website experiment at a time and publish thresholded quarterly benchmark patterns. It is not used for unrelated third-party advertising.

Service providers

Hosting is provided by Vercel. Newsletter delivery may be provided by Kit. Scheduling, analytics, data storage or CRM providers are activated only when configured and are limited to the purpose stated here.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry data is retained only while commercially relevant. Newsletter records remain until unsubscribe or deletion. Anonymous quarterly benchmark counters may be retained for longitudinal reporting because they cannot be tied back to a person or brand.
